NORAC COMPETITIVE PROGRAM
Not all swimmers participate for the same reason, as not all swimmers have the same goals and objectives. Each swimmer should therefore be treated in such a way that allows them to recognize, build, and achieve their personal goals. The competitive development groups are structured to support the swimmers level of commitment and personal goals in collaboration with the Head Coach.
